Refunds for DLC from steam move?

Hello! I'm writing this on behalf of some people from Korea who encountered the 'Forsaken license didn't transfer during the steam move and only offered an option to buy' error during the steam move. While I'm aware there was a fix for this at the time (retrying the account transfer) this fix seems to have been only mentioned as an answer in the forums, in English, and was not accessible to Korean players at the time, many of whom bought another copy of Forsaken despite having already purchased it for battlenet as they couldn't find an explanation for the error or the fix. Is there a way that they might be restituted for this? I would also like to raise the issue that player support is kind of not happening for Korean players as they don't have a community manager and they're struggling when it comes to issues that aren't mentioned in the translated TWABs like the license error above.   • The PC Move process was discontinued on December 1, 2020, and this deadline was announced through multiple channels ahead of time. The Forsaken expansion might be on sale from Steam in your region at this time.
