Beyond Light Deluxe Edition

So I preordered the deluxe edition of Beyond Light. I have all of the benefits from the deluxe edition downloaded on my xbox and everything. Yet I haven't received any of them in game and I haven't gotten all of the season passes for free like it promised. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the benefits and even destiny, I'm not sure what else to do.

  • Was the pre-order made on the same XBox account you play the game on? Or do you have a purchasing account that game shares the content to a playing account? If you are not game sharing the content then I'd suggest logging in to your Microsoft account and go to your account's billing/purchase history. Find the entry for Beyond Light and there should be a status on it. If the purchase went through fine it will say Completed. If it says anything other than Completed, such as Declined or Failed then your purchase of BL did not complete. If that is the case you will need to contact MS support to discuss why your purchase did not go through and how to proceed.

    • All the deluxe edition stuff is at the cryptarch I think. You won’t have any access to seasonal stuff until that season releases and you still have to play to unlock all the bonus content on the current season pass.
