Can’t authenticate account to deactivate cross save
So a while back I tried to activate cross save to play my ps4 characters on my Xbox one. By mistake, I tried to link my ps4 account to the completely wrong Microsoft account, now I don’t know/remember the Microsoft account my Sony account is linked to and I can’t ‘authenticate’ said Microsoft account because I don’t know the email or password :( help please!

Hello. In order to deactivate cross save, you must be able to authenticate all linked accounts. You will need to contact Xbox Support to help gain access to those credentials. If that is not successful, cross save cannot be deactivated.
