No powerfuls on alternate characters for DSC

So, I did the raid today on my Warlock, and if I switch to my Titan or Hunter I don’t have a powerful reward available for completing Deep Stone Crypt. I tried deleting my Hunter and trying again but it did not fix it. Any ideas?
