Yall really done screwed it up bruh
Specs:
CPU: 10400 Intel 10th Gen
RAM: 32gb 3200 Gskill trident
GPU: 5700xt Asus Strix ROG
M.2: WBlue 1T
Monitor: 32 Curved Gigabyte 165hz
No matter what settings or where its always 40-60fps used to run high med settings 1440p anywhere 100-135 FPS

Try using adrenaline 20.4.1 Use the amd clean up tool then install the older 20.4.1 adrenaline drivers. It fixed my frames completely but you get a slight stutter every now and then. It's not bad though. Better than dropping to 46fps on the tangled shore lol. I'm running a 5700xt also so it might be worth doing for you as well.
