Xur stole my darn Exotic Cypher!!!
Yea so when I turned in my Xenology quest with Xur, he just KEPT the CYPHER. Bungie plz help, this seems to be happening to several guardians T^T

If you already had 1 in Inventory it was a waste of time doing the quest to get one...you can only hold one
