I enabled cross save to switch to pc and no characters are now locked. I understand why the cross save made my pc account primary although I wanted my ps4 to be. All I am saying is bungie getting ahold of someone for help is hopeless and a complete joke great customer satisfaction. And if you could fix the issue I would consider not trashing your game. I have had more than a dozen issues with the new dlc anyhow... thank you and have a great day
