So I mainly played on XB1 but switched to my ps4 and I was trying to start a fireteam using the companion app, however when I tried to invite the team it said that I must be using a playstation account but when I switched to it it said there were no characters even though I am using cross save. I then tried on bungie.net on my pc to see if it was an issue with my phone however it then gave me the error message that I must be in orbit with an open fireteam and I must be shown as online which I was.
