Make Outbreak Perfected, Polaris Lance, and Sleeper Simulant compatible with Warmind Cell mods.
Also, make any kill with Sleeper a guaranteed drop.
Do it.

It would be nice to have a reason to use Polaris Lance. I really like that weapon but just can't justify using it with all of the other available options.

Sleeper yes but braytech and siva don't fit the lore.
