Please look at merciless
When the raid came out on Tuesday I was going to use merciless in the 2nd encounter. I thought it would be good to use, since the "boss" was similar to the crystals in the pools encounter of Leviathan.
I believe the merciless exotic perk isn't working. The rate of fire never increased.

Pretty shure it and the pocket infinity broke the same exact way and they either can't fix it or just don't care at this point. I wouldn't be surprised if merciless gets sunset in the near future.
