You may need to revisit all the Entropic Shards and "destroy" the area where they are supposed to be in order for the quest to register completion.

When we're speaking about Shard in Creation it makes no sense - it will be basically blind shooting.

This is what other people on the forums have stated resolved the issue; it might be addressed in the update going live today.

Edited by Gen76: 12/17/2020 6:24:56 PMFound it. Was under the stairs in Riis Reborn, in side a room, not on the outside farther into the complex. There was a quest tracker at the spot where the shard was so i guess todays maintenance fixed it.
