So, that's real fair.
Titans and Warlocks get extra slot(s) for Stasis Fragments from their second Stasis Aspect, but why not Hunters?
Titans only getting one slot at the start was bad enough. But this? Come ON.
This means that Hunter Revenants are limited to merely two slots for Fragments, which is minimal compared to the other two Stasis subclasses.
Not to mention, this also badly limits subclass customisation potential, which is supposed to be one of the main selling points of Stasis.
Is this intentional or a bug? Because if it's intentional, then that's a horrendously poor decision.

It stinks yes (Im a Warlock main saying this) As it cuts off customization for sure, but then again Hunters have the best passive game on Stasis, especially since Shuriken can be evil with ricochet tracking, I feel people still haven't gotten used to it, still prefering to use it as a backpedal jump and throw at your enemy strat which can get the hunter killed as the person won't struggle to hard to aim at the hunter still directly in front of them, Shuriken are super good and nasty from behind or around cover though, its definitely something for Hunters to try and change up how they use it, similar to smoke nades usage. Back on track though the new aspect is very nasty on Hunters as it can hit through walls, have you tried pairing it with Gemini Jesters yet? Disorient, disable enemy radar, and slow them? That amount of CC can guarantee a kill very easily.
