Hello! Earlier in the week I spotted the Entropic Shard [spoiler]under the stairs in Riis-Reborn Approach[/spoiler]; when I did this no specific triumph progress popped up but I did get some XP for popping it. With the release of Born in Darkness part 4 today I'm unable to complete it, as I've popped the other 2 remaining shards (in [spoiler]Kell's Rising[/spoiler] and [spoiler]Technocrat's Iron[/spoiler]) and the shard I popped earlier in the week neither counts in triumphs nor respawns to allow me to shoot it again. Thanks in advance for any help/bugfixes applied!
