So after playing for over a week now, unlocking more aspects and fragments and centering a build I can say I've changed my opinion. Bare in mind this is going to be a PvE evaluation. The subclass is pretty awesome. The Melee once you've figured out how to use it - is amazing and allows for hyper aggressive play through gap closing movement and a strong single target Melee attack. While this isn't useful for something like Thrall packs like we're all used to, it is useful for getting in quickly and doing a bunch of damage (without taking much) The supers damage isn't veryb[u]super[/u]. It's great for add clear but presents a large problem when faced with stronger enemies that could be better dispatched with a heavy weapon. This leaves you in a position of doing neglible damage to champions and other tanky enemies since you're unable to cancel the super. If the super could be cancelled (and refund some energy would be even better) it would be a lot better. The super still feels lacklustre. I believe this is mostly in part to its movement speed. I feel like if we were sprinting by default and not fumbling around toggling it, it would feel a lot better. I find myself literally wasting super energy and chasing down red bars and that just isn't good. The slide... It is what it is. It serves some PvE utility but really only shines in a PvP scenario. When you have an ice wall directly in front of you and you have to walk backwards so you can sprint and activate the slide - that isn't good. It doesn't feel good either and it breaks the flow. The ability CDs are reasonable given you can equip a fragment that drastically increases grenade recharge rate.
