I super enjoyed the looks and mechanics of the boss! I just have to ask, does anybody at Bungie play DOOM, and was it a partial inspiration for Taniks the Abomination? I'm a huge DOOM franchise fan and I think Taniks is the Destiny version of a Doom Hunter from DOOM Eternal. He looks very similar and his AI and mechanics are pretty similar too. Maybe it's just a coincidence but super cool none the less! I'm really enjoying the expansion and season and hope to get more like it in the future.
