Pretty self explanatory, but vault soft locked us. We did the first 2 sets of reading, then on the third wave, we killed all of the ads, and the doors wouldn't close/start the next phase of the encounter. Tried wiping and retrying, but exact same thing happened; we got through the first two readings fine, but then the third we cleared all ads but encounter wouldn't progress. We returned to orbit, reloaded into the raid with the checkpoint, and this time we got soft locked after the first wave.
