Bug discovered at Tangled Shore, Cryo-Pod Public Event in Thieves' Landing. Playing as Attunement of Grace Warlock, using a melee attack on the frozen escapee (regardless of charged melee or not) will apply the 6 second Benevolent Dawn buff.
