Fragment Quest Bug When Full On Quests/Bounties
I tried to pick up this week's new stasis fragment quests, but I was full up on 63/63 bounties/quests.
Despite being full, I could pick up the quests, but I didn't get them, meaning I am now locked out of my fragment quests AGAIN this week (I suffered a different but similar bug last week).
This just really, really feels bad, that I'm punished for picking up bounties but not micromanaging them to make sure I had space free.
EDIT: They go to your postmaster. Still feels like bad design.

I would not expect a quick fix for that since most people likely don’t have 63 quests to carry around. I would take this chance to delete some of those quests you must not be planning to do if you have that many pages of them. Keeping pvp/gambit quests on hand when you only play pve or vice versa doesn’t really help you and creates bugs for you like this one or just makes it harder to figure out what you have to choose from.
