I went to the bungie store 2 weeks ago to claim my MMXX and EMISSARY IX HOODIE code. But I didn’t get a code for the hoodie and the code I got for MMXX was invalid. I looked on my emails but nothing popped up. I tired multiple putting the codes in and try fixing them but nothing. I tired asking for help to see if maybe I can get a know codes but no reason. I’m disappointed that I can’t but the MMXX pin cause I collect all the pins. And I really wanted the hoodie to. I claimed the codes November 2 second for both of them. I want to file a complaint but I’m not sure how?
