Completed New Light Intro, but Can't Get Second Chances Emblem
so i did the new light intro quest but the second chances emblem isnt there for me to redeem in the bungie rewards section, can anyone help me out here? (also there wasnt a triumph or anything to claim in game either)

I second this guardian. Finished the intro quest in totality and took my tour of the tower and have not been able to claim the Second Chances emblem as well.
