This problem only seems to occur for me while in PvE, I made a previous post about how it could be me using Synthoceps is interfering with target acquisition of the melee attack. Would be great if this issue could be resovled as it really disrupts gameplay I recorded some clips of the worst cases in which this problem has happened to me Has anyone else come across this problem?
