Year of Shadowkeep Artifact Coins Not Generating Code After Claiming

Alright, so here is the gist of my problem: I "claimed" the Year of Shadowkeep Artifact Coins with the intention of purchasing them in the store and applying the code at a later date. I was able to access the code multiple times prior to the drop of Beyond Light. After the update, however, the reward stopped showing up under my available rewards. I assume what happened was that, post updated 3.0.0.0, my account no longer was able to tell the rewards portal that my seasonal artifact had indeed reached level 10, since the seasonal artifact was no longer in my inventory. Now, I'm stuck in the position of having the confirmation that I claimed the reward, but the reward page itself will not generate a code that I can input at the Bungie Store. I have attached a PDF of the confirmation e-mail as evidence that I did indeed unlock the reward. I have also reached out to the Bungie Store support staff, who told me that they cannot do anything since the codes are generated by a third party. If anyone from the team could help me with this by re-generating the discount code, I would greatly appreciate it. I intended to add those coins to my growing D2 memorabilia collection and would hate to miss out due to a potential bug. Thanks!
