Unable to generate codes for certain Bungie Rewards

Despite the Bungie Rewards stating that we have until 8:59 AM on the 13th of November 2020 to create the codes for the Artifact Coins and the Prophecy hoodie, it is currently impossible to generate the codes. I believe it's because of the changes to the Triumphs, the game simply can't display legacy Triumphs, so I don't think the website can see them either. Also, I'm absolutely positive that the Bungie Rewards page changed the required triumph for the Prophecy hoodie from the "Complete Prophecy" to "Complete Prophecy Flawless", as I am absolutely certain that I got the email to redeem my code upon my first Prophecy completion. Unfortunately, my spam filter catches most of my emails, and the email encouraging me to redeem the code for the hoodie has vanished into the ether, so I can't prove this. I hope to be able to redeem the codes, or at least be granted an extension until such a time that I am able to generate a code for these products

  • Throwing my name into the ring as well went to actually buy it today only for the email that links to the code to link to a page that says Reward expired which is insanely annoying as the deadline is close, i believed i would be able to get the code given i claimed the reward on the 1st yet it is just nowhere to be seen unlike the other season of arrivals rewards that run to the same time still showing in my rewards

  • im also having a problem with the hoodie, i have an email from the 8th saying i claimed the reward code to get the hoodie but when i went to go grab it i just see a reward not available anymore. i know it wasnt changed to complete flawless by the 8th so i have no idea why it shouldn't work, i sent in a support ticket and i hope i get a response back that is worth it

  • Throwing my name in this pile too. Made my own post last night about this, then saw this post. Would love to have the option for buying, I made the mistake of not saving the code when I first generated it. And I forgot about physical rewards until a friend told me. Sending keys is probably the only solution at this point since I believe they’ve closed down the code generation for most season 11 merch.

  • I thought the exact same thing when I saw "Complete Prophecy Flawless." I do have an email to claim the Prophecy hoodie for when the required triumph was just "Complete Prophecy".

  • I haven't even got the emails(with codes) for the raid ring or moments of triumph tshirt for both my son and I on both platforms(Xbox and Playstation). I claimed the triumphs approximately 2-3 , months ago

  • Same here, trying to claim the challenge coins, and have my confirmation emails from several weeks ago, but I cant generate the code.

    • Same here. Also made a post a bit ago. Was wanting to get the coin set and am now locked out. I'm locked out of the hoodie as well (although I wasn't planning on getting it) and I'm pretty sure you're right that it didn't require a flawless completion before. I actually still have the email confirmation for the hoodie, and while opening the link doesn't provide the code anymore, it does state: "In recognition for completing the Prophecy Dungeon, an exclusive Dungeon Hoodie will be available for purchase." Doesn't say anything about it needing to be flawless there... I really, really hope we get an extension for this.

    • Adding a me-too; I actually have the email(s) telling me I HAVE the rewards, but clicking the link doesn't provide a code, but says "unlock required". This doesn't apply to ALL of them, just the prophecy hoodie and the challenge coins. Telling us that we have until a certain time to claim / redeem a reward which is then disabled completely during deployment of Beyond Light and broken afterwards really isn't acceptable.

    • I’ll throw my name in here too (especially since you tagged yours properly), as I also wanted to grab my (already generated) code for the Shadowkeep coins, and have been unable to. This is especially troublesome since the deadline is so close! I hope we can get a resolution.

      Same here. I also made a post about it. This needs to be fixed, we only have until the end of the month to claim and redeem the rewards. We only have until tomorrow morning to claim the rewards, so someone will have to send us our keys.
