On October 8th, I was banned after I got disconnected 4 times in an hour while playing Crucible. So, my guess is I got banned by my ISP problems. I sent a ticket but never received an answer. I've played more than 500 hours on Steam, have all the DLCs, bought silver twice, and never cheated in any game or ran suspicious software. I would like to know if this is the real reason for the ban because if it is, I felt unfair. I really want to continue playing the game, I have a new ISP now and I'm worried because I spent much money on silver and DLC.

For those saying that the reason to his ban isn't poor connection and that he might be cheating, take a look to his actual stats https://destinytracker.com/destiny-2/profile/steam/4611686018491798021/overview So in PVP he got an impressive 0.74 KD (Bottom 27%), an efficiency of 1.14 (Bottom 34%), and a win ratio of 34.7%.(Bottom 15%). Does that look like the stats of a cheater? Not to me lol. Op is indeed a pretty average player.

You don't get banned for poor internet in regular crucible. Nor do you get banned for disconnecting from regular crucible matches. Bungie literally have zero penalties for such matches as they are not meant to be taken seriously. Whatever you were actually banned for is between you and Bungie. I'm guessing you probably know exactly what the reason is.

The suspension should be 2 weeks, maybe sooner if its your first offense for unstable internet.
