Both my partner and I bought the deluxe edition of beyond light in June via Xbox. We are both having the same issues on our respective accounts.
Everything installed - including the add-ons for the exotic emote, pre-order pack, Strangers upgrade pack, and strangers weapon pack. In game -> eververse store -> expansions - states very clearly that I own beyond light as well as forsaken and shadowkeep. All three are check marked and state “owned” under them.
I cannot access any of the new content. Nor have I received the season pass, emote, ghost, scooter/vehicle, etc. I have tried waiting in orbit and restarting the console and game. Nothing has worked.
