[b]Question 1[/b] What is the highest all stats can be all at once all at the same time with out any other stat being 1 tier less than the others? [b]Question 2[/b] Is tier 6 or higher possible in all stats at the same time? [b]Question 3[/b] What is the most amount of stats you can have at tier 8 or higher? I have heard 100 mobility, resilience and recovery is possible but it takes time and luck. Now trying to raise one stat might lower another one. Lets say your goal is to get mobility, Resilience, Recovery and Intellect to 80. Would doing so be possible?
