Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?

 • I should be the only person who's linked to my twitch prime account, and It shows that I've claimed all the drops, and lastly, It says that Im connected to twitch on bungie.net

 • You may want to relink your accounts again for a secure connection so you are set for future gear drops. To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.
