Acquiring Seals after the DCV
So will I be able to acquire the seals that are going to the DCV if I have completed all the triumphs that are going away and finish the triumphs that are going to stay? For example the Chronicler Seal, I have completed all of the lore books except for Truth to Power. So will I be able to acquire the Seal after the DCV if I finish the Truth to Power lore book? Another example is the Wayfarer Seal, I have every triumph done except for the Heroic Adventures on the EDZ, so will I be able to acquire the Seal afterward?

The TWAB says straight up that the vaulted titles will no longer be available to earn. You have to complete the criteria for the seal AND equip the seal before the DCV happens.
