So I received the Collectors Edition Beyond Light package including the lunch box, flask, lore/secrets, and Game Code for the Deluxe Edition Destiny 2: Beyond Light. With out thinking(with out thinking I needed to think) I put in the code; but then realized on the front of the envelope it says: “DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REDEEM CODE UNTIL NOVEMBER 10”. So does that mean I don’t get my preordered DLC? I thought you put the code in and wait until it’s released and it just updates itself. I need to know so I’ll know whether I’ll have to fork up another $70 or not. Thank You.
Hard to say tbh
might need to wait to have a solid answer

Not only is there my concern with the Game Code situation they apparently refunded people’s preorders but my two buddies didn’t get the money back. So they have to preorder/purchase again.

Tbh you might get a reply from Bungie store support for your issue. The help section is primarily for issues with the game itself
