Idk how to contact bungie or if there’s even a way to directly to do so but I linked my Xbox account for cross save and when the permanent switch to PS! The only LFG feature PS has is communities which I didn’t like so I tried using the app to look for people to raid with and whatnot but since my Xbox was the primary account all my characters and gear wouldn’t load up for my PS account through the app. I tried unlinking my cross save thinking since I play on PS now there’s no need to have my Xbox account attached. Now I don’t have any of my characters or gear at all now because of me doing so which is stupid on my part but now if I want to continue where I left of with all my progress I have to wait till Jan. 20th, 2021 Bungie you need to reverse this I was so excited to my Destiny 2 carrying over to PS and buying the next expansion but if I truly have to wait till next year to have my progress brought back to me I won’t be buying Beyond Light whatsoever I am a paying customer and am willing to put time and money so this game but not if I have to wait 90 days to do so
