Can't complete
I can't complete the "Invite", because ididn't got the Verner's bounty so i can't go to the Panopticum. How can i get this quest again?

Hey there! If the problem you are having is that you are not able to get bounties from Werner, then please complete any New Light quests and possibly introductory quests for Nessus in order to obtain bounties from Werner.
