Game doesn't recognize input unless I alt-tab back into it
The game is not recognizing any inputs or mouse movements, strangely unless I alt-tab back into it or click on it under windowed mode. For example, the game will recognize all my inputs so long as I keep making inputs. The moment I stop, the cursor locks in place, and the game stops recognizing anything I do, rendering the game unplayable. I've updated my Nvidia drivers completely and cleanly through DDU. Reinstalled the game. Restarted several times. Run as admin. Deleted the Cvar file. Modified the Cvar file so that HDR is turned off, windowed mode is on, resolutions match. I have a controller as well, and the game basically doesn't recognize it at all as far as I can tell.

Sounds as if something in windows is prioritising itself over d2 when it's running windowed.
