Bungie Account assistance needed: Twitch Prime rewards not at Holliday - BNG HELP REQ'D

This really has no place in a public forum as it is strictly an account based issue that only someone at Bungie who can access my account and it's linkage to Twitch Prime can fix. But there is literally no way to contact anyone about this through the pages where the issue is, so here we are: I have claimed every monthly Twitch Prime reward, but Holliday only has 4 of the 10 packs available for me. The *Partner Rewards* section of my account show last "successful" attachment was Pack 4, April 23rd. I presume this issue is related to the fact I still play and use my D1 account and something with Cross Save/Twitch account linkage is causing this issue, but I should still be able to claim my rewards while still playing and enjoying D1. It is already inconvenient enough that with Twitch linked, you get Tapir errors and it says your D1 characters do not exist. My account is linked to Twitch in my profile settings page. Some communication and a timely fix would be appreciated.

  • It has now been 6 days and I am seeing multiple posts from other users regarding this issue with no messages or any updates from a Bungie representative in any way. As stated simply: This is a Bungie offer, created by Bungie, paid for by Amazon. It is a very low bar to expect support when this paid-for offer is not adequately supported. It is the very bare-minimum to offer support when a paid-for service is not rendered. Let alone requiring people to post in a public forum rather than offering direct support when things clearly do not go as planned. This thread (and others created by other users) clearly shows there is an account related issue that someone *from* Bungie needs to look at. And the fact that the support mechanism is little more than putting a message in bottle and lobbing it out to sea, hoping someone who can actually do something about it see it is frankly unbelievable. Yes, I know there are many big issues going on everywhere. But as stated above: Bungie were paid for this product/service by Amazon already. Part of the cost of that transaction is properly supporting the people that paid for it.

  • Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?

    • I am having the same issue. I have my prime gaming account. I logged into the website I claimed the reward and I went Amanda Holiday on Destiny 2 and nothing was there. It worked fine last month. Not sure what the deal is. My friend did the same and his showed up.

      • I have this problem too, I redeemed 9 packages and none appears in Amanda or my account in the partner reward tab, I'm the only one who uses prime gaming and who plays destiny 2. I don't know what else to do, I've tried everything, checked the linked accounts and saw if everything was right and everything is perfect.

      • If you claimed the bundles from [url=https://gaming.amazon.com/loot/destiny2]Twitch[/url], but Prime Gaming Reward Offers 5-10 are not listed on the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards[/url] list for your current Bungie.net profile, then they were claimed by a different profile.

Some communication and a timely fix would be appreciated.[/quote] Unfortunately the tapir error from linking twitch has been an on going issue for a while and until a fix is introduced you will have to pick the rewards or playing d1.
