Hi there. To add a little to what rykoko1 said, make sure to check your vault [i]in-game[/i], not through the app. Transfers go from the first character > vault > second character, so typically when the transfer fails, the item will end up in the vault. The app may not reflect this, though, so you'll want to check in-game.
