Hey there! Please follow these links to Bungie’s [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/48844]Twitch Extension Support article [/url]and their [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/48852]Error Code Help article[/url] for troubleshooting steps you can take.
I would recommend to do the following steps below:
1. Clear cookies/cache
2. Unlink your twitch account from Bungie.net
3. Remove the extension from your twitch channel
4. Relink your twitch account
5. Redo the twitch extension process

No problem! So this is happening through the browser or through the app? I would suggest to do the Twitch bounties through the browser since the mobile browser/app does not count towards progress.

im the streamer in this case, so im streaming and people keep telling me about the extension not working, also cant get the sub rewards for the emblem and so on. I swear i tried to follow all the steps many times, the only thing that comes in my mind that might be the issue is that i moved to pc last year, and im playing w a crosssave account from ps4, maybe the extension doesnt realise im actually playing cause my ps4 account obviously is not online.

Sorry for the late reply. Just as a test, were you able to create a new Twitch account and set up the extension there to see if it works?
