Hey there! You cannot unlink an account without being able to authenticate to it. Bungie will not unlink it for you. You'll need to contact Xbox concerning recovering the account if you wish to gain access to it to unlink it.
If that is not possible, you will need to move your good accounts over if you wish to cross save. You cannot unlink an account while signed onto it so you will need to create a free platform account and have it linked to your profile. All emblems tied to your current Bungie profile will not carry over to the new one.
It is also not recommended that you give your console account information to anyone. I highly suggest that you enable some extra security measures to prevent unauthorized access such as 2FA.

what about My dlcs? I usually login with Steam which is where all My dlcs are. If I need another account for the cross save, I wont be able to login with my current steam, therefore loose my DLC right?

DLC licenses do not transfer across platforms with Cross Save, as they're controlled by the platforms they're purchased on. and what do you mean by emblems? the ones in game?

Anything tied to your code redemption history will not carry over to the new profile.

To clarify, switching platforms to a platform where you have NOT purchased the DLC will make content unavailable on said platform. For example, I do not have Forsaken/Shadowkeep on XBOX, but I have them on Steam. If I were to open my XBOX right now, the Forsaken/Shadowkeep related pieces of content would be unavailable to me.
