So me and my partner have both found ALL hidden ascendent chests, and completed all 6 ascendent challenges. Just to make it clear, we opened all 6 chests and left via the portal in each challenge. We were doing these to get the secret victories emblem (and thus the wayfarer seal as this is our last item). The Ascendent champion triumph hasn't completed, therefore we can't get the secret victories emblem and therefore can't get the wayfarer title/seal. I've seen that this is a bug that has been recognised, for quite some time now. It's pretty irritating, I have to say :/
