bought instore armor and gun and i didnt get it when i unlocked it
i bought optimacy hunter bundle and ahead of its time rocket launcher but when i unlocked it it vanished and i cant find it so what happened to my stuff?

Hi there. The Eververse store does not sell weapons or armor, they sell ornament skins. For the Optimacy set, inspect Legendary armor and go down to the Appearance tab. There you'll see the ornament slot and on hover you will sill the relevant Optimacy ornament you unlocked. For the weapon ornament, it can be applied to any copy of Wardclif Coil you have.
