90 DAYS. REALLY!!
I was not previously told that unlinking an account would issue a 90 DAY COOL DOWN. All I wanted to do was switch steam accounts now I have to wait 3 months. please allow me to verify that its me and play the game.

Hi there! Once Cross Save is disabled, a 90 day cooldown goes into effect. This is indicated in multiple warning messages during the deactivation process. There is no exception to this policy. The 90-day cooldown period was listed in the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave]Cross Save information page[/url]. There are no exceptions to it.

The 90 day cool down is a security feature and Bungie will not reduce it for any reason. You were warned as part of the process of deactivating cross save and is covered in the basic cross save details.
