Ban Appeal

So earlier today i had gotten banned from a background process running. I didn't know it was running and it was trying to force code into the game. It was a program i had downloaded knowing it was a cheat, but i never opened it? At least with me remembering it. I know i deleted it before i even opened Destiny, but, my question is, how long does it take for Bungie to look at Ban Appeals?

 •
how long does it take for Bungie to look at Ban Appeals?
Bungie rarely will send you a reply unless your ban is overturned. So if more than a few days have passed without a reply, then the answer is no, and the ban will stand. Furthermore, since you have stated that you had an injector running while playing d2 your chances of an overturn are slim to none as that is a bannable offense. • Hey, Unfortunately, Bungie doesn't exactly say when you should expect a response by. They also say that there are no guarantees that you'll even get a response. If you aren't given a response within probably a week or two, I'd assume your appeal was denied. Check out their ban appeals forum here

 • Hey there! The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. If you have already sent an appeal and you do not receive a response after a few days, your appeal has been rejected. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.

Your account is done. The chances of it actually getting reversed are MINISCULE. They have absolutely no obligations to reply to this post or your appeal form. If you submit an appeal and don't get a response in 5 days time then consider the BAN upheld. I suggest you start over or move on.
