To change Founders, the Founder needs to select a current Admin level member and assign Founder status to them. If there are no Admins in the clan, then the Founder needs to first select a regular member and promote them to Admin, then they will be able to promote them to Founder. Only the existing Founder can grant Founder to another clan member. So if your question relates to making a different Founder without the express permission of the existing Founder then be aware there is no way to do so.
