I successfully linked my BUNGIE account to Prime Gaming account, but I haven't received my Drops. I've wanted to find some kind of support but apparently Bungie doesn't care much about their players. How can I create a ticket? or how can I contact Bungie?
I am not breaking any code of conduct rules by saying that Bungie does not respond or assist its players.

Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section?

What happens when you talk to Amanda Holliday? Does she just not have anything for you? sorry I do not currently use this feature, but I know you get your loot from her like you did with the weekly bounties for the emblem and XP. "How do I get my content? Step 1: Pick your platform and link your Bungie.net and Amazon Prime accounts Step 2: Log into Destiny 2 and visit Amanda Holliday in the Tower's hangar to collect your Exotic gear drop. Step 3: Destroy your enemies and look good doing it."
