Hey there! If you tried to claim the code through the email, it does not work since it does not recognize your success. First, clear your cache/cookies on the browser and then log onto Bungie.net to claim the code. You can also claim the code through the Companion App. Delete your app cache by going to Settings > App Settings > Delete App Cache as well as Delete Content Database so it refreshes the app.
