Accidentally bought an item with silver
Accidentally bought the same thing twice with my silver.

Silver purchases drop to your consumables as a package that has to be unwrapped. If you haven't unwrapped the package from your inventory then there should be a prompt to get a refund that will last for 7 days from date of purchase. However, if you unwrapped the duplicate packages then unfortunately there are no refund options left to you.

2 Repliesbungie doesn't do refunds. although, go to the help page on 'silver' and look for the contact us button near the bottom. normally you can't buy something with silver if it's already owned on your account, you just didn't have time to open it so it knew that you already owned it.
