I bought the pre order but find I can't physically play Destiny well. Some vision and depth issues. I contacted Bungie for a refund of the pre order and they directed me to this forum. Is this the right place? Thanks

In order to request a refund, you'll need to speak with the retailer you purchased from so you can cancel your preorder and receive a refund. You'll need to contact Valve if you purchased it for Steam; contact Microsoft if you purchased it for the Xbox; contact Sony if you purchased it for the Playstation.

For someone who can’t play the game due to physical reasons to the point of wanting to cancel your preorder you sure seem to play the game a lot... like every day...

We may be able to offer help with fixing the destiny issues but we cannot issue a refund or unlock content that has not yet been released. As New Age said, you’ll need to contact the retailer you bought the pre order from in order to get a refund.
