Weird account problem.
So I logged in on the website to claim rewards on my fiance's account, using her login credentials because this is our family PC.
Suddenly, Bungie thinks that this is my account, with my name on it? I don't understand, but she's lost access to her Ishtar Commander and never received her trial emblems.
What gives? Can we fix this somehow?

Since you are currently logged onto your fiancé’s account, you will just need to claim the rewards and then log out so you can log onto your account.
