After getting 4 Aeon Souls from 4 runs in master nightfall, I’d like it if you permanently removed this exotic
Thank you

It needs a buff.

Edited by Josev_Spaceface: 9/24/2020 2:51:35 AMI think what’s missing here is the “Lumina factor”. If you hit someone with a Noble Round, you both get a buff. If you give a certain Aeon buff to a guardian, you should get that same buff too. Perhaps with diminishing returns to avoid undesirable feedback loops.
-
They just need to be completely reworked.
-
Make them into a “memory of skorri” when you’re super energy is full, using a class ability gives nearby guardians super energy, nothing too crazy, a little bump or 5% per aeon equipped with a cap of 20%.
-
Plz, got a 69 roll and died inside, of course that can't be my armentarium or get away srtis since I just switch, no it's the exotic I will never use in the entir time of me playing this game
-
Please add severance enclosure to that list. It’s the worst exotic ever made
-
Fun fact about the aeon exotics. Back when it was 0-10 for mob res and rec, the aeon exotics actually has 1 extra point allocated compared to other arms. Hunter could put 1 mob 1 res 2 rec Warlock could put 2 res 2 rec Titans got the worst bit at 1 mob 2 res 1 rec This was back before the mobility update and mob didn’t give too much. Legendary arms only gave a max of 3 pts whereas aeons gave 4.
this doesn’t change the fact they are in fact currently trash
I'm going to hop on the buff train and say we need these exotics reworked. Make Aeon Great Again! #MAGA #sarcasm

Edited by Bumblebee793: 9/22/2020 8:28:28 PMI had an idea for these exotics. Warlock: kills heal the user, stacks up to 3. Hunter: kills boost reload speed and mobility, stacks up to 3. Titan: kills increase damage, stacks up to 3. Each can share their buffs, so every ally can get the buff. People who arent wearing one of the exotics can only get 1 stack, people who are can get 2 stacks. And the person wearing it gets the full 3. Ie: a warlock and hunter bothe wear them, both the hunter and warlock heal on kills and boost speed on kills. If there are 2 of the same guardian class wearing them, the buffs get an extra stack. (If there are two titans wearing them, people without the exotic get up to 2 stacks, people who are wearing them get up to 3 stacks, and people who are of the same class and both are wearing the exotic get up to 4 stacks. This will make them great on their own but much more powerful when used together. Any thoughts on the idea is welcome.

Agreed.

They were created when abilities recharged like an old man running a 50. So back then they had a purpose but no one used them. This man them completely irrelevant for solo players. At this stage of the game they functionality do not serve a purpose. They should be completely re-tooled and the perks changed. Right now they are just wasting space.
-
take the perk, make it a exotic. I also don't know whats worse, seeing them drop in an activity or from xur
-
Now watch Bungie change them to be powerful and everyone explode because they deleted them hahaha
-
They need to be retooled
-
Or, you know, make it good.
-
Right thats all I've gotten to drop from the nightfalls its ridiculous.
-
Edited by alm0st_always: 9/22/2020 1:17:10 AMI'm sad that I can only upvote you once...hate running GM nightfalls and getting a high roll Aeon. Almost wanna punch my monitor lol.
-
Probably the worst exotics ever created in the Destiny franchise. Definitely the worst armor. You would think Bungie would revisit them and make them useable. You would think! But we are talking about Bungie.
-
Bump. Bungie, this may be the easiest QoL change request you'll ever see. Make it happen!
-
Idiot
-
Edited by draycole: 9/21/2020 1:56:18 PMSince their buff are there any tests that have been done with a full team using them? I've heard that full teams of warlocks have infinite grenade energy in pvp.
-
Masterwork them and bank then for shards later?
-
Or give them the solstice orb effects as their exotic perk
-
I literally just got Aeon Swift with a 64 stat roll but the Raiju Harness with a 57 stat roll, Bungie... you're killing me smalls
-
They need to ditch the whole team gimmick completely. A mechanic like that will either be UP or OP with only a sliver of possible balance.
-
Or rework them. The idea behind the exotics is neat, but it doesn't benefit you unless your teammates are using them. What if they triggered health regen or gave you a damage buff every time a teammate used the exotic?
