Xenophage quest bugged

I am stuck on the "Path uncovered" step, already found the hidden symbol in the dungeon, but it did not progress the quest. I also can not interact with the symbol anymore.

Path uncovered is where you need to go to top door in pit dungeon & interact with hidden relic.
