Vaulted Titles/Seals
I read the latest TWAB and got a little confused on the wording about seals going away. It states that you must unlock and equip the titles before the end of season 11 but I know a friend of mine lost his flawless seal last season even though he had unlocked and equipped it previously so I'm worried about potentially having to choose which seals I lose or if that was a bug for him. Do we have to have the seal equipped on one of our charactersas the season ends or do we only have to have equipped it once before?

He needs to look through his seals and find the first flawless seal. You need to equip the seal once for it to be recorded on your account.
