Can't log in

I went to check on my orders as I got a confirmation email of one being shipped. It wouldn't let me log in and I assumed I'd changed my password at some point and just forgot about it. But then when I went through the link to change my password it informed me that there was no account with that specific email. I'm very confused as I just yesterday got a notification of the shipment to that specific email. I'm a little worried as well as there is still another order yet to be shipped and I don't know if this is going to affect it. I have checked all my other emails as well if I might've changed that too but there's nothing.

    Hey there! Are you certain you have created an account from the Bungie Store? Your Bungie.net login and Bungie Store login are two separate things. You have received an email regarding your shipment was due to the fact that you have put your email in during the checkout process, it didn’t create you an account.
